Action Plan of Avicenna – Batumi Medical University for 2023 – 2025

The activities to be carried out in the organization’s post-establishment stage are outlined in the Action Plan of the University for 2023–2025, which was approved on December 30, 2022, by Decree No. 01-07/06 of the Academic Council of “Avicena – Batumi Medical University” LLC. The Action Plan’s activities are being implemented with the intention of expediting the required process for gaining the status of a higher education institution and granting the institution the authority to conduct pertinent educational activities. Additionally, the plan aims to provide the institution with the necessary infrastructure and human resources and to promote the University’s entry into the higher education market.

The University’s operations will be carried out in the following directions during the first phase of operation:

• Dynamic institutional development adapted to national and regional requirements;
• Application of high-caliber, international research;
• Delivering a contemporary, standards-compliant, job-focused education and acquiring knowledge;
• Globalization;
• Enlarging the partner circle;
• Providing Resources and Services for Students Adapted to Teaching
• Putting outcome-oriented management into practice;
• Participation in public affairs on a proactive basis.
• The University budget, the founding partners’ investments, and the money made during the first few months of operation will all be used to finance the planned activities.
